Mood board and Ideas

I have created a mood board full of images that visualise my ideas for the music video to the song "Depression Town". A location such as an empty garage is an idea we have for the setting of the performance aspect of the video. Blink 182's video for "First Date" features their band playing in a garage, using a wide angle lens which would be great for illustrating our chosen song. Using a Fish Eye lens would allow us to create wide angle shots, being able to fit in the whole band it a small garage. The lighting is very important there too, illuminating the room but still crafting a gloomed effect. I also like the idea of portraying the band as if they were in practise.
The narrative of the video will follow the lyrics quite closely. The lyrics mention various elements that will be interesting to film. The lyrics "Local public houses turning into supermarkets" we want to literally shoot the band members sitting in a pub, and then suddenly cut to them in a supermarket aisle. We have analysed other lyrics and are hoping to film down a street that would feature a character robbing a corner shop.
Other ideas our group had were using different camera work, like attaching the camera to the neck of a guitar and maybe other instruments. We also liked the idea of using a kaleidoscope effect on footage as it looks visually aesthetic and could be use to liven up some of the performance shots. Exposing the camera to filtered stage lights like at a concert would create strange and interesting visuals.
